The basic aim of this training program is to support the youth of poverty stricken areas and allow youth to strengthen their knowledge base and gain practical experience in field related to community development through social mobilization, social entrepreneurship and livelihood etc.

Junior Professionals (JPs)-Male or Female (2 position based in Multan). After orientation interns will be engaged in practical work for following job responsibilities to perform in project areas:-
Major responsibilities
- To assist the staff in their project work on daily basis and will provide assistance in community trainings;
- To be involved in field work and will visit the project UCs;
- To compile best practices in shape of case studies along with pictures;
- Will develop key messages and will take part in awareness sessions and campaigns;
- They will try for creative learning which could be helpful for their career progression;
- They will submit their Monthly Plan and Progress Report to Project Officer/Coordinator;
- They will be paid their monthly stipend is linked with the submission of reports related to field activities and case studies produced during the month along with their attendance sheet;
Requirements;
- Minimum qualification is Graduation
- Age group 20-29 Years
- Person with special need will be encouraged
- Application must be interested in rural development, rural entrepreneurship and social mobilization
- Applicant must show his/her willingness to work in field with tight and tough schedule
- The intern should possess a high level of individual responsibility, commitment and initiative, knowledge of MS Office package and computer skills to deal with a variety of tools are required
