1. Manager Business Development & Marketing (1 vacant positions based at Multan)
BA/BS; MBA or equivalent from recognized university (a foreign degree will be an added advantage); past work experience in a leading marketing strategy or consulting firm. Candidates should must possess a minimum of five (5) years work experience in marketing (at least 2 years experience of Business Development and Marketing in Development Sector with National/International NGO and a strong interest in Development Sector. A track record of leadership, innovation and creative in the Development Sector is highly desirable.

Manager Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for working directly with Awaz project team to ensure timely support for all activities in accordance with the stipulated procedures and processes, and maintain a target oriented work environment to achieve the desired objectives of the project.

Under the guidance, advice and support of the Program Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the professional relationship with employers- maximizing opportunities for job placement and internship/apprenticeship;
  • Responsible to manage the events related to increase the opportunities for income generation;
  • Generates monthly reports of tasks/activities performed and ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, well documented and timely to ensure the credibility of the program;
  • Set targets by keeping in the view the project objectives and desired level of performance and ensure these are met as per established work plan;
  • Maintain good information sources and communications with other key private sector national and multi-national companies
  • Bridging the gap between Government Technical Trainings Institutes and other related departments /stakeholders to find the job opportunities;
  • Coordinate with training coordinator, field coordinator for data collection related to students and share the linkages of employers;
  • Provide support to link larger number of students of 3 to 6 months trade-specific courses, home based workers from communities with market and create opportunities for job placement and internship/apprenticeship;
  • Coordinate and support Training Coordinator in delivery of valuable trainings and development of training plans as per need of the employers/corporate sector;
  • Linkages development with market, business development skills enhancement and exploring the business opportunities for Home Based Workers.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by management;
2. Field Social Organizers (Female) (2 vacant positions based at Multan & Vehari)
Masters of Social Sciences, Must have 2-3 Years of experience of working in Social Sector and most specifically in field related jobs /having very good communication skills;

Under the guidance, advice and support of the Project coordinator, Field Social Organizer will be responsible for

  • Work according to the time table (monthly programs sheet) issued by relevant Program/Project Coordinator/ Field Office Coordinator and approved by Programs Manager.
  • Build social contacts and ensure good working relationships with local community institutions.
  • Assessment of the community on the basis of program indicators.
  • Educate, motivate, sensitize and empower local communities as per AwazCDS objectives.
  • Implement and achieve the program activities   in the community at that grass root level
  • Be in-charge of initial training of activists of the community institutions and community activists of the local community.
  • Coordinate meetings for discussion between Target Communities and with the relevant Authorities.
  • Coordinate, where applicable, awareness creation of unfair /unjust unlawful practices.
  • Be accountable incase of failure of field activists and inform the Program Coordinator/Field Office Coordinator of the same or Programs Manager the reasons thereof and suggest remedial action.
  • Submit written reports of every activity to Program/ Project Coordinator or Programs Manager.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by PC/M & RO
3. IT Officer (Male) (1 vacant positions based at Multan)
Masters in Computer Sciences (MCS), BCS, BBIT or Microsoft Systems Engineer with atlest 3-5 years IT, composing and designing related experience.

Under the guidance, advice and support of the Project Manager and Chief Executive, Information Technology Officer will be responsible for:

  • To Plan and execute all the activities in the annual plans.
  • Respond to and rectify trouble   shooting in LAN, WLAN.

  • Maintain Network structure of AwazCDS
  • Be in-charge of maintenance and servicing of software/hardware
  • Develop and maintain data backup systems.
  • Be in-charge of updating AwazCDS website.
  • Is in-charge of revision and new software purchased to ensure quality and functionality
  • Be in-charge of approval of new formats of programmes and data flow.
  • To train staff regarding basics of IT.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by Program Manager /Chief Executive
